Ithra Brochure-
The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, otherwise known as Ithra, is a beacon of change in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through their various facilities, they aim to show the power of global experiences, knowledge, and the arts. I interned as a graphic designer in their marketing department and soaked up as much knowledge as possible.

Brochure created by Wateen Awwad

One of my tasks included creating a brochure advertising a theatre performance, straight from Korea, called Brush, which is about a boy longing for his brother. You will also notice that the second image above is in Arabic. This is because Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 is a predominantly Arabic-speaking nation, so in order for a large portion of the population to understand, I had to make the brochure bilingual.
For me to create this form of print marketing, I used images taken from the play that took place in Ithra and developed the brochure with Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat then presented it to the heads of multiple departments in the company for approval.
